Career and Pathway Specialist (Migrant Student Support)

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Career and Pathway Specialist to join our team, providing tailored guidance and support to students in Years 10–13, with a particular focus on those from migrant and ESOL backgrounds.

About the Role

Importantly, this role focuses on educational pathway guidance and navigational support; it does not involve providing licensed immigration advice.

You will also cultivate relationships with local employers willing to offer opportunities to students on temporary work visas, and connect families to relevant support networks where appropriate.

About You

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
